酒店位置伊香保大街的最高位置，外出時十分方便。
酒店房間是日式榻榻米，床褥十分厚和舒服，睡後不會覺得腰痛。房間空間也十分大，有沙發和用餐區，完全沒有侷促的感覺。
酒店職員十分友善，見到我們非本地人，一位擅長英語的外國職員主動上前幫忙。知道我們並沒有購買酒店餐廳晚餐後，還會介紹附近的餐廳，多虧她的介紹，我們在附近找到了一間居酒屋，食物水準也十分高。
温泉分男女兩邊，在特定時間會交換，令顧客可以享受所有温泉。温泉分成室內和露天風呂，全部都十分舒服。
整橦酒店十分大，裝修也是日式風格，若下次再到伊香保，也會再次選擇福一這間CP值高的酒店。

とてもよく整備され食事も美味しかったです。
ただ、３つの建物を繋いでいる渡り廊下の一部が
夜中、電気が消えており少し歩きづらかったです。
全体的にはとてもいいホテルでした。

應該算是伊香保最好住的酒店，四百多年歷史，但不覺得舊，幾個湯都很棒，服務人員專業周到，大堂的小機器人超級可愛。19層去往石階進出口的通道里有一家小餐廳，三個包間，每晚8-11點半營業，煎餃和拉麪都好吃。這個地方的人友善好客，烏冬面是地方特產，每家都好吃；黑船屋的祖傳石鍋咖喱飯特別美味；Sara’s Terrace Arraiya 的套餐很家常；Lungo自家烘培的咖啡最好喝，配一串年糕糰子太香了！階梯旁的抹茶店已經很網紅，但店員好熱心啊，見我摔倒了立刻拿急救箱跑出來給我處理傷口，感動！附近的原美術館也很值得一去，在一個有很多羊的牧場裏。

遠方から親族が来たので、歴史ある福一さんに20年ぶりに泊まりました。 温泉は充分広く露天も楽しめました。湯温も適温でした。 ただ、到着後、ロビーに通されて待てど暮らせどその後の案内なく、フロントに行ったら自分でチェックインすると言うことになり、暑い中ずいぶん待つことになりました。 また、部屋は18度に設定しても全く冷房効かず、気持ちよく温泉に入って部屋に戻って汗びっしょりと言う状況でした。 夕食時にそのことをお話しすると、1人目は全く反応なし、再度夕食後にもう一度係りの人にお話ししたところ、後になって冷風機が届きました。いまいちでした。 古くからある福一さんだったので、期待して親族を連れて行きましたが、大変残念な結果でした。今後は行くことがないと思いました。
