Atour's front desk service really made the ”warm heart” to the extreme! I received a warm welcome tea as soon as I entered the door. When I checked in, the staff patiently explained the location of the room facilities, laundry room and gym, and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. There is any demand during the stay, and the response is particularly timely. When you leave the store, you will also send bottled water intimately. The whole smile and the attitude are modest, making the journey more warm. The new hotel is a good facilities and a good environment, clean and hygienic. I will definitely choose his home next time I travel. ❤️

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

MM499858****This InterContinental hotel, located right next to Yuhua Wanda Plaza, was filled with a wonderful festive atmosphere. The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. She also helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out. A special thanks to Lily!

GGuest UserMy first stay of the new year was at this former HI flagship. Compared to how HI is increasingly becoming like a budget hotel chain, seemingly cutting costs at every turn, this particular hotel, with its gym, pool, independent Chinese restaurant, and proximity to a shopping complex, is truly worth a visit.
Before checking in, I contacted Zeke, a staff member at the front desk, who courteously and thoughtfully reserved a room for us. Welcome fruits were all ready. Upon hearing we were arriving by high-speed rail in the afternoon, he even proactively arranged a late check-out for our room.
Although I didn't get to experience the fitness facilities or the Chinese restaurant on this trip, having a quiet, warm, and comfortable place to relax after shopping with my family at MixC (about a 10-minute walk) until 10 PM made for a wonderful memory.

TTangyuxiaonazhaThe most interesting thing was that when I just entered the hotel, I saw a very low-quality Beijing-licensed car. First of all, the quality was indeed low, and then the staff at the door said, ”Don't look at it as a Beijing-licensed car, these cars have the lowest quality”... I think there is nothing wrong with what he said. Look at the impression it leaves on outsiders, but I suggest that the driver's ID card be displayed on his car in the future so that people can see where the driver is from and they will understand. Those who understand will understand... Don't always drive a Beijing-licensed car to make Beijingers hate you... Let's get back to the point. The hotel environment is nothing to say. The elders said that it can be compared with the Taihu Hotel in Wuxi. It should be very beautiful when the lights are on at night, but time was too tight and I didn't have time to walk around the hotel... The hotel service is very poor, especially the service in the Chinese restaurant, which can be described as unbearable. The details are written in the restaurant reviews... And when you need something during your stay and contact the waiter, it is often not delivered. You need to make several calls and it takes a long time before it is delivered. I think this hotel is probably endorsed by the government, otherwise it shouldn't be so bad. Care about reputation... The breakfast level is low in this level of hotel, not many varieties, and the grade is not high... The hardware facilities are OK, but the corridor is illuminated by the skylight, and it will be dim at night... It was 10 o'clock in the evening on the second day of check-in, and the hotel's automatic sprinkler for watering the flowers was still on, absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and at first they said it was not their hotel's responsibility and asked me to call 12345. It was really ridiculous... Later they said it was their hotel's responsibility and asked the construction workers to turn it off. It took half an hour and two calls to turn it off. The service is really ridiculous... The software needs to be greatly improved. In summary, the park environment is among the best in this level of hotel, and the service is also very bad in this level of hotel... However, we lived on the third floor, and the service attitude of the female waiter who cleaned the room was particularly good. I don't know her name. I really want to praise her. When I asked her, she just said to give the hotel a good review. Not every one of her colleagues can make people feel at home like her... Figure 2 shows the place where watering was still on at 10 o'clock in the evening...

1. Efficient and patient service: We arrived during peak check-in times, and the front desk lady was incredibly efficient. While quickly checking my information and handling my paperwork, she also cheerfully answered my questions about directions to nearby attractions. Everything was handled in just a few minutes.
2. Prompt response: I called to ask about nearby restaurants, and the front desk not only recommended two local favorites but also helped me find directions, making it much easier than searching for directions myself.
This was a very comfortable stay, and the front desk service was a huge factor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

Because the plane arrived at the airport at 10:30 in the evening, it was already more than 11 o'clock to carry the luggage out to the hotel. When I woke up, I found that it was almost 11 o'clock the next day. I hurried to wash and eat. I forgot to take photos of the interior of the room. However, I will come to Shijiazhuang next month. I will go to the airport at night in the future. This is the best choice. It is not far from the ancient city of Zhengding. It costs three yuan to take the bus 🚍 156 at the airport.
