I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The location is fantastic, really easy to find, and super convenient for getting around, whether you're sightseeing or on business. It's right by the subway exit, so close. All the amenities you could need are nearby – no worries about finding food or shopping. The lobby is clean, bright, and elegantly decorated, creating a really comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, checking me in quickly. They were all so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even offering thoughtful reminders, which made me feel truly cared for. The room was incredibly clean, not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bedding was pristine white and soft, so comfortable that I slept like a baby until morning. The soundproofing was excellent too; I couldn't hear any outside noise. The robot delivery service for takeout directly to the room was super convenient, and the front desk was able to accommodate almost all my requests. I had a fantastic rest. The room layout was well-designed, and it was fully equipped with everything needed. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet were all stable and easy to use. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with all the toiletries provided. The water quality was good, and the water pressure was strong, making showers and washing up very pleasant. The public areas were clean and tidy. The elevators operated smoothly, and the hallways were quiet and orderly, making for a reassuring overall environment. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options with fresh ingredients – hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, and pastries were all available, catering to different tastes. I ate well and started my day in a great mood. What truly impressed me were the service details. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly polite, greeting me proactively, and responding to my needs promptly. It made me feel valued. The value for money is outstanding; in terms of environment, hygiene, and service, it far exceeded my expectations and easily rivals high-end hotels. Overall, my stay was clean, comfortable, thoughtful, and convenient – a truly wonderful accommodation experience. The hotel was clean and very well located. It is 100-200m away from big malls, and there are also groceries store nearby. The service was quite good, I waited a little at the beginning for identification, but it was maybe 5 minutes max so it’s okay. I definitely recommend for the price, the view is incredible as well, just in front of the lake and you can see the sunrise. It will not be top tier luxury experience, but it’s definitely really good, I particularly enjoyed the service the most to be honest, they were really caring and quick.
