However, the room is too small – definitely not 30 square meters – especially the shower, which is tiny and poorly designed. While the staff are all polite, the overall impression is one of unprofessionalism, and frankly, a significant lack of professionalism. The only explanation I can think of is insufficient training. Communication seems to be a widespread issue across all departments. Here are some specific points: 1. The welcome fruit platter was missing from my room. 2. On my second day, my key card stopped working. When I asked, I was told I needed to reactivate it at the front desk, but nobody had informed me of this beforehand. 3. I explicitly told the housekeeping staff multiple times not to enter my room and not to change the towels, yet they still came in and replaced them. In summary, the training department should take full responsibility for these shortcomings!

The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. The location is convenient, very close to the Provincial Museum, within walking distance. The hotel service is excellent; I was able to check in early, and the staff were very welcoming. The bathing, sauna, and swimming facilities were particularly comfortable. Breakfast was distinctive. It's also not far from the night market, with many restaurants nearby.

Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

We stayed at this hotel with our child for a competition, primarily for its proximity to the venue. It exceeded our expectations! My child loved the pool and sauna, which normally come with an extra charge. However, after speaking with the front desk, they let us use the pool and kids' play area for free. My child was thrilled! The sauna area is massive and even has a kids' play zone, plus complimentary fruit and snacks. We went on a Friday, so it wasn't crowded at all, and we easily spent a whole afternoon there, eating and relaxing. The hotel breakfast was also great, with plenty of variety and good taste – definitely recommend it. The room rate was reasonable too. I'd happily return to this hotel; I'm very satisfied! The service was excellent; they met most of our requests, and parking was free.
