Novlion Hotel

The room was really spacious and great, perfect for a family trip. We booked a suite, so it wasn't cramped at all. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping street, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring. The breakfast at the restaurant might not have been as extensive, probably due to it being Chinese New Year's Eve, but the restaurant itself was a good size and had a nice ambiance. I imagine their regular menu would have more options. It's quite rare to find convenient parking right in a pedestrian street, and the hotel even has its own dedicated elevator to the parking area, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself is newly renovated and looks great. Definitely recommend it! Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My husband, kids, and I chose this hotel for our trip to Shijiazhuang. Its location is fantastic, with a pedestrian street directly below, making it incredibly convenient. The views are absolutely breathtaking, offering a full panorama of the entire city. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and quite generous – we highly recommend them! The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. We were thoroughly satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the AC temperature was just right. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and a pedestrian street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly easy. The front desk staff were courteous and polite. The hotel breakfast offered a wide selection and tasted great. This is a hotel I can highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The hotel was quite busy over the weekend, and our room wasn't ready until almost 2 PM. The lobby is located on the 31st floor, which is also where breakfast and afternoon tea are served. There's a coffee machine in the lobby, along with various amenities for guests, which was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was quite basic, and the bathroom was rather small. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.
