The hotel is quite good, and the location is very convenient. Service: Excellent and very thoughtful! All the front desk staff were wonderful and warm. Facilities: They look very new. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, even under the bed was spotless.

The environment is very clean, tidy, and upscale. The staff are all very friendly; they smile and greet guests, which gives a great overall impression. Plus, it's very close to attractions, just a short taxi ride away.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic ❤️. The hotel covered the parking fees and even gave us a fridge magnet. They also offered a late-night snack from 9 PM to 11 PM. The breakfast was quite good too. My eldest is already 1.5 meters tall, and some hotels charge extra for meals for kids her age, but this hotel didn't, we could just go in and eat. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

I stayed one night in Shijiazhuang for a layover and booked this hotel. While showering at night, the drain suddenly got blocked. I called the front desk, and the lady at the front desk came up very quickly to check it out. It was a blocked drain valve, and she fixed it right away. The next day when I checked out, they even gave me a fridge magnet as an apology.
