"Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay."

"**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest."

"The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and welcome fruit and sugar-free pear juice were given as gifts. The customer service called in advance to understand the accommodation needs and reserved a parking space. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the staff arranged every car entering in a timely manner, which was very orderly."

"The location is excellent, a few minutes away from the double subway station, and the traffic is extremely convenient. The surrounding business is bustling, and there are many shopping and dining shops. Especially worthy of praise is the warm hospitality of the young ladies at the front desk. When they first arrived in Shijiazhuang, the young ladies sent the hotel's self-painted travel map, introduced them in detail one by one, and also used their mobile phones to help check the shift time of the special line car. There is also afternoon tea and late night porridge road. Travel back, Drinking hot millet porridge is warm, the breakfast is rich, the bedding is clean and tidy, it is a very cost-effective hotel, a very good choice for business trips."

"Following the previous comment, family outing. Because the child felt uncomfortable after checking in, he vomited just after taking the medicine. Jin Li, the night shift supervisor of the housekeeping department, happened to be checking the room next door. He quickly came to help deal with the vomit and brought a thermometer to the child. When he learned that the child had not eaten yet, he sent white porridge and egg custard to the child. Thank you very much for the timely help of Jin Li, and thank Master Feng Baoqiang, the master who is responsible for cleaning the carpet. There are many types of breakfast. Due to the large flow of customers during the festival, the breakfast staff of the cafe are very busy, hard-working and enthusiastic in providing services to the guests, but they are still overwhelmed, which can easily cause unnecessary customer complaints. In summary, as a four-star hotel, the services of the three front-line departments of the International Building lobby, guest rooms, and catering, as well as the parking lot security personnel, are still worthy of recognition. It is worth recommending to friends and worth staying again. Once again, special thanks to Jin Li, the supervisor of the housekeeping department, for his thoughtful and enthusiastic service."

"The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park."

"Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders."

"The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile."
