Shikaribetsu Kohan Onsen Hotel Fusui Reviews

Not inherently the hotel’s fault but we went at a very off peak period, mid December, so that was hardly any tourist in the area. The lake wasn’t frozen for the igloos yet (think 2024 Dec delayed freezing) and they only started to construct on the day we left. Room was a nice size and comfortable and breakfast and dinner included was good selection of food. Onsen was good as well. But hotel does feel not as new but is still good and clean.

Beautiful place. Awesome service. Fruend and helpful. The food was good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hope to come again.

I love onsen here

The hotel is located right in front of the lake where the Shikaribetsu igloo village is held. The hotel also has an onsen for guests to soak in. The Kaiseki dinner was very filling.

The view is really amazing. I liked that the hotel had an open-air hot spring. Dinner wasn't my style.

The lake view room on the 8th floor was very nice with a beautiful view of Lake Shikaribetsu.

The best hotel in Lake Monbetsu, bar none, built on the lake, with the entire lake view outside the window. In winter, the ice village and the entire lake are literally outside the window You must go to the outdoor pool on the second floor to soak, the beautiful view will make you unforgettable. (The open-air view for ladies is much better than that for men 😄) The food is also OK

Dinner and breakfast are both well-prepared and varied, the lake view is the best, the hot spring facilities are good, the room size and facilities are all of a high standard, All staff are friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located right next to the ice bar, where you can play snowmobiles, kayaks, make your own ice cups, soak in hot springs on the ice lake and other activities In addition, I have to say that the staff are really friendly. I participated in dog sledding nearby. If I had to take the bus, I would have arrived two hours earlier. I wanted to call a taxi, but the hotel staff said that it is not easy to do so here. We had a taxi, so we arranged for the hotel's vehicle to drive us there. We were very touched.

All facilities in the hotel are dilapidated and lackluster. I would not recommend it, let alone stay here again. I booked a Japanese-style room with a tatami bed. Normally I would expect the staff to help me make my bed, but this hotel requires guests to make their own beds, and the staff will not help! There is no free bottled water in the room, and there is only one plug-in point in the living room, which is extremely insufficient for customers. The taste of breakfast food was below the standard, and the dinner food was rich in variety but average in taste! The hot spring bath is small and the water doesn't seem to be changed every day!

很傳統的日式温泉酒店，直麪然別湖，紅葉季開窗即可觀景。地理位置不太方便，在真正的山野之間國內遊客的話衹有自駕，注意最早入住時間（19點）。温泉是日本也很少見的強酸温泉，比較受台灣旅行團歡迎。去層雲峽黒岳比較合適的中轉站，還可以順路看看三國卡。餐食是高光點，推薦早晚餐都訂上。

登山帰りに利用しました。 ２年前も泊まって非常に気に入ったので再訪。 建物はそれなりに年季が入っているが、清潔かつ快適。 清掃も丁寧。 襖の欄干まで埃がないのは驚いた。 １人でも十畳の部屋、縁側や入口にも広いスペースがあり、トイレも広い。 タオル掛けもバスタオルと普通のタオルを両方、２枚ずつ干せるなど細かい設備も使いやすい。 部屋のバスルームも比較的広く、登山の汗や泥を落とせるのもありがたい。 大浴場（男）は内湯と露天ひとつずつのシンプルな構成だが、然別湖を見下ろす絶景は時刻ごとに変化し、何度入っても飽きない。 泉質は鉄分が多く暖まる。 駐車場は、敷地内には少ないが、道路を挟んだ向かいの建物の裏は広い。 寒い日も雨の日も係員が屋外で待ち構えて誘導してくれる。 食事は平均的な水準。 従業員に外国出身地が多いのも標準的だが、教育は行き届いている。
