Hotel Assembly

We were unable to stay at this property due to several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets were worn out, and we found human hair all over them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they questioned the housekeeper, but no action was taken. Instead, the manager told us to find accommodations elsewhere and suggested we contact ******* for a refund. Unfortunately, I haven’t had any luck securing a refund yet, though they assured us we wouldn’t be charged.

Only positive part of this property is it's location. It is very near to police bazar circle. Amenities are bad / old / not available. Services: worst - not ready to provide third pillow / towel. Can you imagine - neither official check-out was done nor I received the receipt because no one was available at the time of check-out.

Hotel was really bad, switch boards not working. Room is smelling. Pathetic experience in the hotel. It is really a bad experience. Experience is really bad. So smelling room. Staff is bad also not understanding.

As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.

It was pleasant.
