Rooms size good according to budget . Staff and service is extremely helpful and friendly .........................

Aura is very neat and clean property in shillong staff behaviour is also good and in main location.Dont go through the bad reviews just go and stay there.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

Rooms were very cozy, Walls are dampen, they had not changed bed or pillo covers, no drinking water supplied, handles of sink were coming out, In room no 103 no hot water supplied, Wi-Fi was not working, TV was not working at all. Only behavior of staffs were good.

Good staff, pretty clean rooms and overall a satisfactory stay. It was a decent distance from Police Bazaar. Very smooth check in and out process. They also obliged with a late check out.

Not at all worth the rate paid. Very small rooms, not maintained, damp rooms with seepage & fungi marks in the walls. However, staffs were helpful.

Wrist hotel, no restaurant in hotel, no breakfast facility available. Very bad smell inside room. Should duelist from mmt. Nothing to say more. Have very bad experience at all.
