Location wise 10 on 10 right on police bazaar Rooms were decent enough but breakfast was very disappointing Not much choice and not tasty also

Lousy hotel staff, arrogant front office desk, needs training on how to approach people. Rooms are ok but not maintained very well. Hotel feels claustrophobic. Okay for a one night stay, but staff not responsive to guests. Overall i domt recommend.

Location of the hotel is selected centrally shillong. However you will hear lot of traffic disturbance. Room Space is decent. Room pricing is high but All facilities felt liking a cost cutting.
