A wonderful hotel with a conceptual design, professional staff, delicious food, and excellent coffee. The rooms were quite warm, which was a pleasant surprise! A big thank you to the concierge who arranged a comfortable transfer with a wonderful driver to Cherrapunji and Guwahati! I really want to check out other hotels in this chain - unfortunately, there were no rooms available in Kolkata for our dates. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We had the most enjoyable family vacation at Polo Towers Shillong. The location is extremely convenient, the rooms were extremely well decorated. Service was excellent. Doris at Front Office was etremely approachable and friendly. The overall vibe, cleanliness and prompt service was extremely welcoming. Would love to go back again.

My stay with Polo Towers has been amazing. The service is very up to mark. My family also enjoyed the stay. The hosts in their own restaurant were kind and helpful. We found the food very suitable, they have good options within multiple cuisines. They have loads of other amenities too like gym and spa. I could not avail them due to my packed schedule, I hope to visit in future.

Chef rupak n miss dhar both are wonderful with their work. We were for spiritual visit to Tripura, didn't expect such nice hotel in Agartala. Best
