Breakfast and location both were very good. Parking was a bit of a concern, but then we were traveling in a tempo traveller. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. The caretaker is also very helpful and helped us plan our day. Breakfast options are very good. They make fresh breakfast ***** with tea/coffee. Very good stay overall.

Stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were courteous and prompt in their response and service. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. Thank u pear tree and wishing u the very best!

Rooms were very clean. Hospitality was good and staff was very supportive. I strongly recommend whomsoever is coming to shillong can stay here. Considering cost its value buy.

we booked one suit and one deluxe room for 4 adults and four kids at their second floor, and both the rooms were fabulous. room size too good. ambience, cleanliness, staff , food everything is just superb. toilets are clean and tidy and 24*7 hot water available with room heater. room service, additional mattress , clean towels and bedsheets and blankets- are some of the things which makes this place a must stay place in shillong.

We stayed at this place for five night. We had booked one bedroom. Room was specious and had all basic amenities like bed heater, bathroom gyser, warm water etc. Highlight for my stay was really really nice host and the entire family. In this part of India,it gets dark around 5 PM. Host had suggested us for the local places to visit and popular food. I really liked helpful nature of all the staff member Overall good experience.couldnt have asked for more at the cost they r charging. Nice breakfast Very comfortable stay with the superb host Mr.Bicky. Thanks for the experience

It was a fabulous experience with the pear tree. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. They’ve done a fabulous job with their cleaning, hospitality, location, and everything else!

It was two nights stay at the property. It was nice but few things can be improved especially heating arrangements for winter season (with a single portable heater it's not sufficient compared to the rooms having balcony. I found the balcony slider door lock not working, same being informed to the manager which can be a safety issue for travellers coming from different places. Rooms booked with breakfast- the option for breakfast is very limited, no fruits etc. They can improve on that given the price they charge for the rooms. The working staff were polite and nice. Overall pleasant stay but certainly few areas to look up to.

Excellent room, view and caretaker is also very nice. Cleanliness is maintained. Highly recommended would love to visit again soon
