One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating for service. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a basic hot spring bath, which was a relaxing experience. However, it's worth noting that there is only one pool for bathing, and the absence of a cold water bath and sauna facilities somewhat limited the options. Therefore, I would rate the facilities as 4 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend Shima Hantou for a pleasant stay in Shima City. This is my second visit, and I'm still satisfied. Except for the convenience store being very far away and the dinner reservations being fully booked... I had a quick dinner beforehand, so there were no issues. There was beer in the vending machine, though. I think it's a great choice for a theme park visit. I highly recommend it.
