This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains and amazing hospitality. The hotel staff is extremely warm and make extra efforts at every step to make your stay comfortable. The food is amazing, especially the specially curated Himachali cuisine offered. We would love to visit again soon.

Storii by ITC Narindera Orchard, Kufri — what an experience! Honestly, this wasn’t a stay, it was a homecoming to a place I didn’t know I had. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed not as guests but as family. Every single person — the ushers, the guides, the folks helping us find our way, housekeeping, F&B, guards — everyone carried that warm smile and genuine care that made us feel at home. It’s a brand new property, but the way it’s run — with so much love, pride, and attention — it feels like everyone’s been nurturing this place for years. The care is personal, the service effortless, and the experience — just fantastic. The food? Outstanding. The views? Out of a dream. The location? Exactly the kind of offbeat escape you need when you want to leave behind the chaos of city life. You’re greeted by the towering deodars as if you’re entering a mystical forest retreat. And once inside, every room opens up to the Himalayas — like nature’s own giant painting framed just for you. A special mention to Mr. Parikshit Singh, the GM — what a gentleman. His presence sets the tone for the entire property. “No” or “Cannot” simply don’t exist in his or his team’s vocabulary. Every guest’s wish is treated like an opportunity to delight, and it truly shows. The bonfire evenings were a highlight — soft music, glowing flames, and happy laughter floating through the cool mountain air. Simple, soulful, and unforgettable. I left with a full heart (and a slightly heavy one for not extending my stay here instead of trying ITC Welcom, Shimla!). My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Parikshit Singh and his incredible team — Rupesh Kashyap, Puneet Dhiman, Shabbu Hetta, Zuolia, Tapesh, Ashish, Ravinder, Vijay, and every other smiling soul we met during our stay. This isn’t just a resort I’ll recommend — it’s a family I’m going back to, soon. ❤️
