The staff is really kind and caring, it was the highlight of our stay here. The hotel includes fruit and tea as a welcome gesture, this was a really nice touch. We stayed here to be close to the thermal park, and indeed it was a mere 7 minute walk. We purchased the entrance tickets in the hotel and a discount of approximately 30 RMB was applied.

1. The lobby is dark and the lights are off during holidays. 2. The waiters have not been systematically trained, do not know each other, and talk about customers. 3. The hotel environment and network environment are for reference only. 4. It is not convenient to eat breakfast nearby. The hotel does not even have a basic breakfast. 5. The projector in the room does not work. 6. The bathroom is actually a sliding lotus door. I have been to Shiqian Hot Spring several times. If I had not changed my itinerary, I would definitely not have booked other perfect rooms here.
