Niayesh Hotel

It was an interesting experience.That after passing through the busy streets and in the heart of the city,we went to a hotel with a beautiful,traditional and calm appearance.The cleanliness of the rooms and the respectful treatment of the staff were very satisfactory.The location of the hotel was close to most of the sightseeing spots in Shiraz.We will definitely stay in this hotel for another trip to Shiraz.

I discovered this hotel randomly and wasn't disappointed at all! Best way to start a memorable trip to Iran ! And the manager Bahar Tofighi chatted with me and was warm as the sun! The room is quiet, the WiFi fast, the price very good and even breakfast included. They also took care of booking my bus ticket and leading me to Persepolis. I'll come back!

The hotel's location is excellent and not far, less than ten minutes walk to the city center, and it is close to several archaeological sites worth visiting. Staying at the hotel is comfortable, dealing with customers is good and the employees are friendly, some of whom speak fluent English. The room I stayed in seemed a bit old, especially the door and bathroom, but it was in keeping with the general historical character of the place. I wouldn't describe the place as luxurious, but for two nights at this price, it was reasonable and fair.

We had a trip around Iran so we’ve visited some cities and islands. In Shiraz we’ve decided to try to live in the traditional hotel - Niayesh Hotel. Actually it’s a really good one, we’re excited about the hotel and our room. Everything is looking so historic and authentic. We were really pleasant to live there. The personnel was polite, kind and responsive. Our stay was really good there, except some problems with Wi-Fi and cat who has eaten our breakfast from the table😅

Hotel has very interesting old architecture. It has also very good location, about 10 minutes walk from main military fort. Room was nice, breakfast unfortunately quite poor. Could be better. I was expecting something more and after 3 days eating the same I had enough.

We were back to Niayesh, this time staying at the boutique part of it (has hostel, hotel, boutique hotel), and we could not be more happy. We love Shiraz because of this hotel also, which is our home when visiting this incredible city. Great, big rooms, all you need available, great respect to local architecture, and beautiful verandas to unwind after a busy day at the bazaar and the mosques. This time we were lucky enough to even enjoy a spontaneous music and dance event by some Iranian guests. At breakfast don't miss the ash(es), the traditional breakfast of the locals (they are opposite to the open station, covered, and you may miss them).

Very nice hotel in the center of Shiraz Great people at service, they even helped me with money exchange! It is not a 5 star hotel, but very nice, clean and you will feel really as a guest! Breakfast very good and a good selection of food! If I ever come bsck to Shiraz, I sure will stay here again!!

I love this hotel. It has colorfull windows and lots of flowers. The location was really good so we could go where ever we wanted easily. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and kind. I'm sure that I would book this hotel once more time. Thanks niayesh.

this hotel has a management problem. the front desk, staffed by a 30-35 yr old lady and 50-60 yr old gentleman, has no training in receiving and helping the guests. they are grumpy, impatient and unapproachable. the only time de looked at us, was when each one separately urged us to exchange money with them. the lady was so bad tempered, that we didnt dare ask her the simplest quetions. we had no phone in our room and the only way to make a call was to use the landline phone at the front desk. we didnt dare, so we went to the adjacent hotels, Darbari and Sepehr, whose front desks cheerfully let us use their mobile phones. when we wanted to leave we asked the lady if she would buy a bus ticket for us and put it on the bill. a service that is provided by any hotel in iran. but no, she couldnt. she said we had to go to the busterminal and buy the tickets. we had to take a taxi to the bus terminal at the edge of town, buy the tickets and take a taxi back. it took us 3 hrs in extreme heat. one day there was a very loud and unpleasant argument between 3 lady guests and front desk staff. they wanted to see the manager, but nobdy would tell them who and where he was. bad experience, very bad.
