Hospitality is poor, washroom needs to be clean more, non availability of drinking water. Bedroom is ok

Bad hygiene, toilet flush was not working and cable tv also was not working. Staff was not that helpful.

Very bad hotel, not even basic things, hand-wash not available, basin very bad, toilet don't even ask, shower isn't available, hot water no enough, bed not cleaned since ages, why such unhygienic hotels are listed on make my trip

Hotel located inside narrow lanes. Had to park car away from hotel in a paid car parking. Electricity kept going on all night. Obviously ac cannot work on backup, even fan was slow. No soap, towels, etc and very small bathrooms. Extra bed was iron cot. Overall, no going back, not recommended.

I have been allotted an room in 3rd floor for which the hotel don’t even have an lift facility, the flushes, showers in the washrooms are not workings

Very small rooms. Rooms doesn't have any ventilation, washrooms are uncleaned. Hot water timings are restricted. Water bottle dump yard as soon as we open windows.

Blankets are not clean and hot water is available for only 6 hours ( 4am to 10 am) and wash rooms also not good.

The room had hygenie issue the sheets were dirty with stain marks on it and when we complained they did not have proper sheets to replace which was shocking. The
