酒店前台服務還不錯，附近吃飯停車不是很方便。主要是設施太老舊，房間和大廳不匹配，洗手間衞生情況也一般。

我少小離家，經常要回石首探望父母。可父母有保姆，沒有我的房間，每次回來，就在外面住酒店。住過的酒店不計其數，但尚一特是最合適我的。對經濟類酒店來説，尚一特石首店，滿足了我所有的要求：
乾淨，無異味。地板是易簡潔的材質。窗户大，通風好。
中央空調，不會令房間冷熱不均。
床墊好，既不太硬，又有支撐。
床上用品質量好，厚實的棉質用品，且新。
房間大，足夠空間做伸展運動。
洗臉盆夠大，簡單衣物搓一把，晾乾，方便。
大堂裏有24小時的桂圓紅棗茶。
酒店斜對面一家早餐店的蓮藕包子和稀飯特別好吃。
服務員温暖的微笑，和有求必應的高效。
下次還來住！

房間浪漫漂亮。酒店工作人員特別客氣，有求必應。酒店裡有洗衣機，工作人員還主動，要幫客人洗衣服，讓人不好意思。周邊吃飯也很方便。

房間很大，衞生也很不錯，開始訂錯了房型，前台給換了一個大的房間，停車也很方便，附近吃飯買東西都很方便，不錯

在這個酒店住了幾次了，都還不錯，就是有時候回來晚了，讓前台拿一下房卡，前台的小姐姐，起床氣很大，很不耐煩，我是來消費的不是來看你的臉色的，如果感覺我們回來太晚不想理我們可以直接告訴我們，我們可以換一家酒店。
