An amazing stay experience! The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, warmly decorated, and cozy—plus the bedding was so soft and skin-friendly that it made sleeping incredibly relaxing. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful: from check-in at the front desk to room service, they were attentive and promptly responded to every request. The breakfast had a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. It’s great value for money, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

地理位置絕佳——酒店就在市中心核心地段，臨近人民廣場，下午和晚上都有很多人在廣場上唱歌跳舞，有點吵鬧，不過前台知道我出差過來的給我安排了一間相對安靜的房間。步行5分鐘就是武商人民商場（應有盡有，化粧品衣服吃喝玩樂全部都有，愛逛街的小姐姐超級適合）周邊餐飲選擇豐富，晚上還能散步欣賞城市夜景。房間設施令人驚喜：我們住的大床房寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，高速Wi-Fi、智能電視、乾濕分離的衞生間一應俱全，一次性洗臉巾很乾凈衞生！細節很用心，服務態度值得稱讚：前台員工笑容温暖，辦理入住高效，還主動升級了高樓層安靜房間。客房阿姨打掃細緻，連我散落的充電線都幫忙整理好了。停車便利是最大亮點！地下停車場免費入住，車位充足，直達電梯入户，對於自駕客人太友好了。這次出差因為住的很舒心，工作效率都提高了。已經推薦給同事，下次來市區一定再選這裏！強烈推薦給商務出行和旅遊的朋友們

再次入住這家酒店本身的服務和設施都還不錯，入住期間，打掃的阿姨很有禮貌，會主動詢問是否更換床品以及需求。房間設施齊全，該有的都配有。不過酒店位置倒是還不錯，就在商場樓上，購物吃飯都很方便。地下停車庫車位比較充足，好幾層停車的位置。，出車的時候給客服發訊息就可以了，去五堰香港街真的好方便，逛了一天，回來的路上點了外賣，本來想着到酒店享受完美食，躺床上看個電影。誰知道這個外賣我真是絕了，送到不説也不打電話告知一下，然後還送錯，導致我還要拖着疲憊的身體到處去找。能把耐心都給磨沒了，原本很好的心情直接搞崩潰了。但對我這次的入住體驗真的很好！真心希望下次來的時候，這些外在因素能有所改善，讓我的出行更加順利。

我之前前兩晚上住的是雙人間，因為我喜歡大房間寬敞的，今天續的是單人間，因為便宜一點點，前台小姐姐給我升級了一下更寬敞的這個，酒店比較新也很乾凈，而且非常安靜，12樓有洗衣房，比較方便，點東西外賣小哥可以把外賣送到門口，是真的乾淨安靜方便，離公交站一步之遙，樓下全是吃的，強推強推，主要是房間也很寬敞贊贊贊
