可能五一出行人太多了，九點半下去吃早飯，都沒有找到坐的地方，即便工作人員收拾整理很積極了，但是感覺整個餐廳還是亂糟糟。
酒店位置挺方便，離漢江邊很近。
酒店大堂也感覺很暗，跟之前住的希爾頓歡朋感覺都不一樣。
工作人員態度都很好，解決問題都很積極，但真的瑕疵很多，整個體驗並不好。

湖北鄖陽希爾頓歡朋酒店，位置好，房間挺大的，客房服務員還挺好的，微笑服務。窗外有江景。早餐比較豐富，有武漢熱乾麪。晚餐也不錯（不適合人少就歺，都大份的，三人以上為宜）酒店整體比較適合大型會議入住。
窗外似乎有個鼓風機？晝夜轟鳴。電視比較老舊，需要用機頂盒操作，有點麻煩 。衞生間的門不是所有的都能關上，找了幾間房才滿意。房間的防盜鎖不是所有的都好使（不想讓工人來修，後來自己弄好了）。淋浴房排水不好，淹腳面。房間枱燈有的有，有的沒有。驅蚊器不是每個房間都有。房間的隔音效果不太好，睡著了，被樓道説話聲吵醒。
設完善可能需要一段時間，但前台微笑服務可以馬上開啟，希望前台接待人員，先微笑再説話，這樣如果業務不熟，客人也不會太介意。畢竟舟車勞頓，都想快點入住，耽誤半個多小時找房子，絕對不是客人本意。
業務熟、房間好，這才是快速入住的基本保障。
新人入行，希望要有人帶着她，別把客人當實驗品。
誰都有剛入行不熟悉業務的時候，這不是她的錯。管理層需加強了。

酒店交通很便利，從鄖陽南高速下來開車大約 10 來分鐘到，就在漢江邊，從房間可以看到江景，房間寬敞設施齊全，床墊很舒服晚上很安靜，早飯種類比較全，中西餐點都有，還可以品嚐當地的麪食。

酒店不錯，地上地下都有停車場，地上的很方便，前台服務很好，給小朋友有拖鞋和牙刷，並且還有小禮物贈送，孩子很開心，房間不算小，江景房景色不錯，還有入住小水果。早餐較為豐富中西都有。
