一個月前預訂了酒店的房間作接親婚房使用，夜間致電前台諮詢一些問題，前台的同事小姜非常專業地解答了我的所有疑問，讓我打消了一切顧慮。
入住時前台同事辦理入住速度快，酒店大堂環境端莊優雅。機器人服務是一大亮點，一般的外賣都會由機器人送到房間。
酒店可以免費提供鋪紅床單服務，在入住以後那個傳説生過雙胞胎的客房姐姐為我們鋪好了紅床單，氛圍一下就有了，寓意也好。
酒店給到了新婚的我們驚喜禮遇，非常大氣，儘管是Hilton garden inn，但是完美呈現了Hilton品牌的核心價值，永生難忘。

房間還是很舒適，這次給我和朋友安排的是一個朝向馬路的房間，進房間的時候陽光剛好照進來，超有氛圍感，整個房間顯得很温馨，這幾天十堰剛好降温，房內的温度剛剛好，睡了一個很沉的覺，休息的很好，服務也維持了一貫地標準，讓我印象深刻，前台小姐姐很善談，我們聊了很久，給我推薦了一些她覺得值得打卡的景點，辦入住當天在門口攤位上買了一些吃的，品種很多味道也不錯，第二天中午也和朋友在酒店吃了炒菜，感覺以後是一個很不錯的和朋友小聚的地方
