Quality Inn Shreveport Airport Reviews

I booked a room in the wrong state d/t my own negligence to check the location after using the current location tab. I tried calling the hotel within 5 min of paying too cancel and was told by hotel staff that reservations were cancelled but Trip.com had to refund money. Trip. Com reports to me that the hotel refused to cancel. Now somebody is lying. This is completely ridiculous that a company making so much would have to lie cheat and steal from someone who is barely getting by. I hope the person responsible gets a feel for bad karma soon.
