The location of the hotel is very good, the decoration is stylish, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the parking is convenient, and there is an underground parking lot, which is spacious and clean. The hotel’s service is warm and thoughtful. Due to navigation errors, I am especially grateful to the handsome waiter at the front desk for showing his way. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It was a very good experience, and I will stay again next time I have the opportunity.

非常滿意，性價比極高。第一次入住玖驛是在網上看了評分才選擇的，來了之後確實沒有讓我失望，我的工作是經常在外出差很多時候都在路上所以希望入住的酒店床品舒適可以得到很好的休息，入住酒店後驚喜的發現床墊居然是慕斯的，乳膠的枕頭也很適合我的頸椎，房間裏的衞生整潔乾淨，客用品也是齊全，還有免費的水和飲料。服務人員的服務也是很稱讚感覺很專業很温暖，有免費的洗衣服務，早餐也是充分的滿足了我的味蕾。整體入住下來讓我感受到超五星級的體驗，強烈推薦！

前台小姐姐服務特別好耐心給解答問題，有求必應。房間很乾凈，酒店隔音也不錯，住的很安心，裝修風格我也很喜歡讓人感覺很温馨，早餐種類也很不錯，有地下停車場可以做電梯直接到房間也很方面，房價優惠性價比高， 推薦。

雖然門臉不大，但是服務真的超級好！一進門就聽到歡迎回家感覺很親切很温暖，前台辦理入住的時候，還會給我熱毛巾和熱茶。早餐有我愛喝的咖啡，是現磨的味道很純正。 房間也很舒服，工作人員都很熱情，臉上都帶着笑容，讓人感覺像回到了家一樣。下次有機會的話，我還會再來的

沒想到入住體驗這麼好，因為看見我們帶個娃還給免費升級了套房。 衞生：帶娃入住所以更注重衞生房間每個角落都打掃的很細緻沒有塵土那種尤其床沙發沒有頭髮。設施：雖然不是新開的酒店還很新環境不錯進酒店就很香心情好。服務：前台非常熱情幫忙拿行李送到房間裏。還有機器人送物品到房間門口很方便。 早餐：種類也很豐富因為起來的比較晚了直接可以當午餐了。酒店位置也很方便晚上的夜景也很美。不錯的體驗 強烈推薦！！

住了好幾次了，一直覺得玖驛很不錯，首先喜歡這的床品，其次服務確實好，衹要路過前台都會有人熱情打招呼，在樓上碰到打掃房間的阿姨，也會非常非常熱情，很有人情味的一家酒店，房間格局很不錯，寬敞明亮，無論是房間還是走廊都是清香味道讓人很舒服，打掃也非常及時，酒店離百盟廣場和體育館都很近的，平常吃完飯散散步還是很愜意，舒服。

多次出差來這個縣城都住在這裏，周邊的縣市我也經常去出差，但是都沒有這家酒店住着舒服，開始以為是連鎖酒店，問了前台説不是，這個價位真希望在周邊也有這樣的酒店，特意感謝一下前台每次我提前訂房都給我預留好朝向的房間，有時還會照顧老顧客給我免升房間，今天早上起早退房還特意給煮了餃子送到房間，很感動，這服務沒誰了，必須好評。

臨時來寶清出差，本想着看攜程推薦隨便定一個住一晚的，但是！從進到酒店開始就發現事情並不簡單。前台的服務給我很大的驚喜，辦理入住的時候又有服務人員專門送來熱茶和熱毛巾擦手，一個小縣城的酒店能做到這種環節的服務是我很意外的。這就算了，辦完入住拿到房卡，前台小姐姐親自幫我拿行李，幫我按電梯並且送到房間，期間還很貼心的給我講解酒店的服務，房間免費的飲品，早餐的時間等等，還特意囑咐我品嚐一下酒店的早餐，這個服務質量真的驚到我。所以第二天早上我就下樓特意吃了早餐，家人們，不吹不黑，真的好吃，種類很多，包子很好吃，菜也很好吃，比我媽做的好吃。退房時前台人不多，小哥哥留意到我是開車來的，還幫我拿了兩瓶水放車上。説實話，在一個小縣城用這樣的價格得到這樣的入住體驗是讓我很驚喜的，希望酒店能越來越好，下次來寶清再見。——來自第一次來寶清的南方小土豆的真心推薦

房間整潔乾淨，本人有哮喘對刺激及黴味等特別氣味敏感，住玖驛酒店沒有不適。被子太舒服了雲朵一樣，早餐不錯家的味道。服務規範，前台客房餐廳服務態度都不錯。很好的入住體驗感受到了老闆用心做事業。碰見一對新人結婚，好彩頭！
