"The hotel is very well located, the room is very clean and breakfast is satisfactory. I would have been a perfect stay, but I had an unexpected transport to return and I had to anticipate my checkout for one day. The hotel was not asked to address my problem, because they were blaming for not being able to change the checkout date to the booking application, which was very efficient and indicated that this change was the responsibility of the hotel. In general, I would indicate that hotel to others, but I would warn that if unforeseen occurs, they may not be resolved."
