"Overall the hotel is very nice with excellent service. Room service is outstanding and the staff is kind and welcoming. We love the pool and the sea view, and particularly the sunset scene was awesome! Location is a bit far from main roads and amenities. Without personal car, it is a bit hard to go out for local food and taxi is the only option if you don't wanna walk. However, they have nice kitchen and variety of food. Hotel price though. Breakfast buffet was great. It is famous for family and kids, so you can expect it to be crowded with kids during weekends."

"The hotel is at a prime location, being next to Pacific Park Si Racha mall and is walking distance to Ko Loi. Room is spacious and even has a mini kitchen. The bed is clean too. Unlike some hotels that I stayed, the television works well with clear screen image. All the service staffs including the parking attendant and reception staff were nice and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again."

"The service crew has been very professional and polite. Hotel provided excellent services when I needed to fix the Tv with netflix as well as utensil for dining. Generally they provide services and amenities like any 5 star hotel. The view is beautiful and the size of the room is pretty good. As a frequent traveller, I will definitely recommend this hotel for your stay."

"I love the location and the staff. I always stay at Novotel whenever I go but on the day, we arrived, there were some staffs who are doing promotions about the dinner course. They approached us and started speaking in Thai but we kindly said to them we are not Thai and we don’t speak/understand Thai. After we said it, the staffs face automatically changed their attitude and faces. Then, they stopped talking and we were expected for them to start explaining about the promotion as well as it was my parents anniversary so we were kinda interested in it. Because we didn’t know where to eat for dinner. So, instead of explaining, they started to ignored us. And we just have to leave like we were fool😅 I mean you guys are working at Novotel where every foreigners love to stay. No offense but learn some English. Don’t just ignore. In this case, we may feel like fool but you guys are the real fool."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was well-equipped and clean, with its small kitchen corner. It wasn't very new but everything worked fine (except for one ceiling light) and the bed was comfortable. I was impressed with the 24-reception team that checked me in and checked me out (even at 5 am) quickly. The staff here are polite and helpful. I could buy additional breakfast coupon that is not expensive at all and the food was great. There were a some places to eat and buy things near the hotel. I was able to borrow their iron, too. The hotel has fitness center, I wish I had used it. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Great value for the price, really."

A minor point about the bathroom: while the shower and toilet are separated, both spaces are a bit cramped. There's a noticeable gap under the bathroom door, and it lacks a lock, which affects privacy. Complimentary ice is always available downstairs. The mini-fridge is quite small, only suitable for chilling drinks."
