Nay Palad Hideaway - All Inclusive Stay

We had the most relaxing, romantic time at Nay Pelad in Jan. Everything was thought of from snacks and electrolytes on the drive over to a sweet welcome committee at the gate. The jeepney was a great touch and so well designed. We really enjoyed and relaxed during the trip knowing we didn’t have to think or manage anyone, everything was taken care of and beautiful experiences curated and every sunset thought of. It was worth the stress free life for a few days. A shoutout to the team and chefs; I got there a bit sick and the staff was very accommodating, and gave me some great herbal teas to help. I felt pampered and nursed at a hotel which doesn’t happen often. Thanks to the full team for taking care of all our needs and listening to all the requests and comments. I also requested to get a local coconut vinegar that we used in a cooking class and the team went above and beyond to get it for me and packed and wrapped so I could travel back with it. The sunset on the pagoda is a must!!! If you can take a paddle out and watch the sunset sitting / standing on the water, do it! The property has a bit of something for everyone to enjoy and be entertained by. And each part of the property, furniture and products are sooo well designed!!! As a designer the place was a feast for my eyes.

Staff greeted us at the airport with a higher end suv while others were scrambling for shuttles. Pleasant drive at sunset to the hideaway. The scenery looked like something out of Jurassic park along the way. Unbelievable. When we arrived at the the resort (calling it just a resort discredits it almost) more than 10 staff was out front there to welcome us through the gates. . I knew right then i was at the right place. . We were given a tour and the tour itself of the grounds that jncluded the culinary botanical section. The herbs flowers vegetables and fruits they organically produce for thier kitchen. "wait but thiers more). This is an island and so good soil has to be imported to do this but Nay Palad makes the effort to create their own soil from composting So that they know exactly what thier produce contains. The villas are Special and each turn of the head was a wow factor. The design element That went into this is something out of conde nast magazie absolutely. the floor to ceiling doors opened up to a patio that would have been sufficient To host a celbrity evening affair absolutely with seating for 8 or 10 with privacy in the backyard to host 30 people. all high end designer furnishings continuing the theme from within. The food? there is too much to say. If you would like a buffet there are many options out there. This is an epicurians delightful dream. Nay palad has "michilen" calibur chefs waiting to create what you want when you want. We were contacted prior to our visit to just get an idea of wHat our preferences were. Guests are seated for dinner in various areas around the property and each spot is special in its own right . You decide when you would like dinner. Nobody suggested a time for us. Activities?. We only had 2 days there so decided on the Island hopping. (highly recommended). 3 dedicated crew that made sure we had the time of our life and we did. The grounds are absolutely stunning.... Privacy is top priority.... Staff is really proud of being part of the experience. Dont be surprised to see a celebrity or 2 there.

Our second time on Nay Palad Hideaway… still a Magnifcent and UNFORGETTABLE Lifetime experience.🏝️💚 I must say still the BEST resort to spend family vacation. HARMONIOUS & CONSISTENCY is the key why we keep on coming back. We were at awe in all aspects when we first visited the luxury resort. We were equally 100% satisfied with the quality service that Nay Palad over all operations.💚 That’s why our family decided to come back and excited with the new renovated villas and design hideaway village after Odette Typhoon badly devastated the island 🏝️. With the resilient of the management and locals they were able to come back strong and guests can finally experience again the haven of peace, beauty and tranquility with a barefoot state of mind.💚 From wide range of activities (tie-dye making, kayaking, relaxing spa, island hopping, cooking class, surfing 🏄‍♂️ and private yoga class) you will never feel bored in this island.💚 Hat’s off to Chef Pere and his team for the gastronomical preparation during the duration of our stay. He always came to us to ask how our food ( main course and delectable desserts) and stay was. Of course Massive thanks to the Management Team headed by Vince & Janice and the rest of Nay Palad staff & family ( we even met his brother Hervey and his Mom & son Dylan)😄… for the personal high quality service and genuine warm welcome & smile 😊 and for making our stay again a truly memorable one!💚 Will definitely come back to Nay Palad🏝️.. a PARADISE full of joy, satisfaction, contentment and especially LOVE .💚🏝️

I must admit that I had no idea what to expect from this resort. It’s unlike any other place I’ve stayed as an all inclusive concept. It’s so intimate and personalized for every detail from arrival to departure. The staff was superb, food was divine and activities too were at another level. My boys had full adventure from surfing, water sports and exploring the island. It’s the first place where the engagement with every staff member was truly 5 star! Special thanks to Vince, Elmand, Karl, Joyce, Eugene, Mj and Carla. And to all the others that made our stay exceptional! Looking forward to returning in the near future😊

Nay Palad was hands down the most amazing/luxurious/welcoming/delicious/gorgeous resort my family and I have stayed in. I’m not sure I can add to the glowing reviews that they routinely receive but I will try. First - the staff. It starts at the top with Mart the GM and continues through to every single person who works there - the housekeeping staff, the servers at meals - the groundskeepers. Professional, friendly, welcoming, glad to see you as guests and determined to make sure you are getting what you need. Most importantly, the employees seem genuinely happy to be there. This positivity infuses the entire experience. It starts the minute they pick you up at the airport bearing warm smiles and sampaguita scented towels, as they usher you into an immaculate van. It continues when you arrive at the entry to Nay Palad and what seems like the entire staff is lined up to welcome and greet you with shell necklaces. Throughout your stay, there are guest services liaisons making sure every day is curated to fit your needs exactly. Do you want to watch the sunset on a private island with drinks and charcuterie ? No problem. Or maybe in a treehouse? Sure. Do you want to go island hopping on a beautiful speedboat and return from hiking the island to a delicious barbecue ? Just say the word. Care to go paddleboarding among the mangroves followed by cocktails in the pagoda ? What time can you be ready! I could go on and on but suffice it to say that for us, every day provided new surprises and delights. Next the dining - We expected the food to be good but weren’t prepared for how exceptional it turned out to be. The kitchen, led by the improbably young Executive Chef Pere Massana - whose family runs a Michelin star restaurant on the Costa Brava - served a mix of Filipino family style lunches, and more haute cuisine at dinner. Every meal - and no two were ever the same- during our stay was delicious and consisted of locally sourced ingredients from NPs own farms or local farmers and fisherman. And routinely, the Chef or a member of his team would come out to see if we’d enjoyed the food and to discuss options for the next day. A word about the breakfasts - there was always a “juice of the day” and a full menu to choose from , consisting of fresh fruit, delicious breads, and a mix both Filipino and more traditional breakfast offerings. We looked forward to breakfast almost as much as dinner and lunch. All of this takes place in a setting that can only be described as something like a tropical fairytale. I won’t describe the setting - just look at the website — it is exactly as stunning as it appears to be in the photos and videos they post. I’m not naming any other staffers by name ( other than Chriz our kind and patient yoga instructor) but you know who you are and I hope you know how very much we valued all you did for us.

It is at Nay Palad that me and my sister in law experienced the so called HOW IT IS TO BE PAMPERED. At least we felt very relaxed very homey and very serviced. Thank you Nay Palad for the wonderful stay. 😊👍

Our recent family retreat to Nay Palad was nothing short of extraordinary. Accommodating our large group seamlessly, the resort proved to be the ideal destination for a memorable getaway. The staff's excellence truly stood out – their friendliness and hard work contributed significantly to our delightful experience. From accommodating the needs of our big family to ensuring every detail was taken care of, the team at Nay Palad deserves commendation. The young adults in our group were thrilled with their surfing experience. The resort not only caters to relaxation but also provides exciting activities for the adventurous souls. Kudos to Nay Palad for striking the perfect balance. While the price may be on the higher side, every penny spent felt justified considering the luxury, service, and overall experience. Nay Palad's commitment to being eco-conscious is also worth a mention. A small suggestion for an even more personal touch – consider introducing name badges for the staff. This would enhance interactions, allowing guests to connect on a more personal level. Though we won't mention specific names, every staff member at Nay Palad played a role in making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

An experience of a lifetime. 10/10. From start to finish, the service was the best we’ve ever experienced. We landed to cold towels, cold water and some fruit in our transfer. Every day we ate in a new part of the hotel, whether it be the tree house or on the beach, it was always set up with candles and flowers. CJ from guest experience took us on our day trips (all of them are amazing and a must do), he was excellent. Em at guest experience was the loveliest and nothing was too much for her, she made our stay very special. Pierre the chef was outstanding and the food was the best we have had in our 3 week trip in the Philippines. The manager of the dining area (I can’t remember her name) was so accommodating and thoughtful. Joy and Jake our amazing servers were some of the nicest and most hospitable people we have met. The hotel is beautiful, the trips are amazing, the food is epic and overall ambience was fantastic. The massages were also amazing and we had 90 minutes everyday (even the day we landed they booked us in). We can’t wait to come back! They really made our honeymoon so special and we were very sad to leave. We will never get over the amount of detail put into absolutely everything! Side note - it’s a must to come when it’s not in wet season so you can experience all of the activities they offer!
