Went to Sibiu to celebrate my birthday and chose this place. I couldn’t have made a better choice. From the moment I arrived I knew it es S going to be good. I was greeted by a very professional, friendly and welcoming young man named Claudiu. The room assigned to me was a Jr. Suite. Spacious, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. Breakfast had a good variety of items and everything was tastefully prepared. Claudiu had very good recommendations of places I needed to see (some of which I knew nothing about) this made my stay in Sibiu even better. Note to management *Great customer service. I highly recommended this hotel for your visit to this amazing region of Romania. 🇷🇴. Thanks for making my bday a memorable one.

Short walk to the old town. There is no on site parking just street parking in front of the of the hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Wonderful shower with multiple shower heads.

Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and ******* they chose to ignore our arrival.
I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with ******* ever again.
