There was a food service truck outside our window and the generator ran till darn near 12 and when I called the front desk they said we have had several complaints and we don’t know who to contact. The same truck has been there for weeks so how do they not know who to reach

Rooms were clean, check in was easy. The desk clerk was new so wasnt as smooth as she could have been, but overall fine. Garbage truck or something really loud showed up around 4 and then i couldnt get back to sleep. Otherwise good place to stay. Would book a room here again.

One elevator broke and the other stops at floor 3 no matter what. The breakfast was very basic and just sub-par quality even for free continental breakfast. The workers were very polite. Not a pool but a huge hot tub so that isn't advertised correctly, but it was nice. The road noise in our room facing central ave heard every vehicle. Now it was cheap. It was clean. It did what it had to, just not much more.

Nice upkept property. Waited 10 minutes to check in because no clerk and no one answered the phone. Clerk finally came out of another room with a plate of food stating she didn’t know anyone was there. Was other customer waiting also. Hot breakfast was empty when I left at 8:30 am

I booked a king suite. I was given a standard king room but still charged for a suite even after talking to the front desk.

We got in about 900PM and nobody was at the desk. There was a sign that said please wait and if you need immediate assistance, please call (insert hotel # here). After waiting no less than 15 minutes for Guest Services to come back, I called the provided number and she was there within a few seconds. The elevators only had 1 working, and our room was very clean and modern and comfortable. The noise from the road was a little mich at times, but overall bearable. We skipped breakfast to get on the road as soon as we could but appeared to be the typical hot breakfast with eggs and bacon and cereal and drinks. When checking out i found myself waiting at the desk once again for another length of time for Guest Services to arrive again... Again needing to be summoned to the desk... Via FB Messenger Chat set up on an iPad on thr desk. The stay was alright, but they could have had somebody at the desk during check in/out times. This is actually the first time I've ever seen this at any hotel.

We went to attend the Sidney fair. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed using the pool next door.

We booked via ******* and paid for the room for our staff who was working in the area. They checked in only to be told they didn't have a clean room. So with juggling they found a room and charged our card 5 times when it had already been paid for via *******. Would not recommend or stay here again. Not to mention trying to get the refund has been a nightmare as well.
