The location is awesome, it's near the street food zone, old market, airport bus, pub street etc. The receptionist is friendly, her English is perfect and kindly service-minded. The room is clean but the freezer in refrigerator is not that clean enough, it would be better if you clear it part also. By the way, my hair dryer is terrible working but acceptable.

The hotel has a magic atmosphere of colonial architecture. The room is big and bright. The WiFi is perfect. The best were the reception ladies that were very helpful and kind! Thank you very much!

The hotel are clean and near the food the market area easy to find something to eat the room are in front of the lake it’s feel so fresh also the hotel security are very good. In conclude like me the once who love to solo travel are the best.

Located on the riverside, our room had a balcony, so we were able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the downtown area. The bustle from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day was overwhelming.

The hotel is located along the Siem Reap River. The staff are very friendly. It is about a 5-minute walk from Pub Street and the Old Market, so it is easy to get around. The room was clean, and the shower booth and toilet were separated by glass, so the bottom of the toilet did not get wet. Wi-Fi was available in the room. There was no outlet for charging the mobile phone around the bed, only in the bathroom, so it was a bit of a minus point. The room had a balcony, so an ashtray was provided and I could smoke. There was a sign saying that smoking in the room was a $50 fine. The front desk arranged a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat, but the driver was wearing a uniform from the affiliated hotel and was very kind and did not ask for a tip. I asked them to arrange an official shuttle bus to the new airport, but they have their own shuttle bus network and took me to the airport. I'm glad I didn't buy a round-trip ticket for the official shuttle bus because it was so cheap. It's not the hotel's fault, but there was a power outage for about an hour every day across the entire block. A cell phone is fine, but I recommend keeping a flashlight on hand. It's also a sophisticated thing in Cambodia.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Located right in the center, next to the night market and bar street. The staff is very attentive and responsive. We will definitely come back here again!

The location was perfect for staying in Siem Reap. Just steps from the Old Market and Pubstreet. Also, the room was very spacious. I think it would have been better to have loungewear and conditioner.

Excellent hotel with large rooms and a very good location. The tourist center is 300 meters away, but nothing prevents you from sleeping at night. There is a shop downstairs of the hotel. The service staff was very responsive, they allowed us to check out a little later and called a taxi to the airport.
