Arrived at the hotel to find out after a long day of travel that the hotel was permanently closed. Hotel said they tried to notify us but we did not receive anything. They quickly tried to move us to the sister hotel in a different location and a different room. We booked this hotel for the private pool and the hotel they tried to put us in didn’t even offer that. I had fully paid for the hotel in advance and I am now stuck trying to get a refund. Do not book this hotel. The sister hotel was also Nita by Vo but different location in siem reap.

Quiet and peaceful. Very spacious room and nice layout. Like many other hotels in Siem Reap, this hotel is still suffering from the impact of COVID. The service was exceptional.

Very bad, I called on the same day and confirmed that there is a reserved room type. At night, I picked up the airport and took me to another hotel. They said that the hotel was out of electricity and needed repairs. The new place has small rooms, old facilities, and super loud air conditioners. The last second God, I have been busy for a long time, so I have to book a new hotel, this one is too bad, don't go

The Resort is neat and tidy with friendly staff .Our room is very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to my friends for future visit. Superb! Pool is fabulous, and location is 15mn to the town but its good for avoid noisy and relaxing with Nature
