We stayed at Authentic Khmer Village Resort for 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and our two kids, aged 8 and 3, and we had a lovely experience from start to finish.
The highlight for us was the Khmer-style home instead of a typical four-walled hotel. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, with beautiful views that we enjoyed every morning. The sounds of birds woke us gently and added to the serene ambiance, while the grounds were well maintained and inviting for a family to explore.
Breakfast was yummy and just enough to power us for days of sightseeing. If you love pancakes, be sure to ask—the kitchen team happily accommodated this treat.
The staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. The receptionist and all the workers were consistently helpful, and there were tuk-tuk drivers waiting outside ready to take us wherever we needed.
Our kids had a blast at the pool, and my son especially loved playing billiards, which added a fun, family-friendly activity for all of us.
The location was excellent for us, conveniently close to the key sights we wanted to visit in Siem Reap, making our days relaxed and stress-free.
