From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, complete with traditional treats, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was generous in size, impeccably clean, and beautifully presented—every detail felt carefully considered and well maintained. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat. The resort is stunning—easily beyond a five-star standard. I was impressed by how refined, comfortable, and accommodating everything felt. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options from freshly prepared dishes like noodles, pho, crepes, and eggs to an extensive selection of fruits, breads, and hot meals. The facilities are equally impressive, including a spacious gym, sauna, and convenient tuk-tuk service right outside. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Beautiful spacious Hotel with all the amenities - lovely rooms with really comfy beds etc  beautiful outdoor pool - Breakfast  were super too with a wide variety of options  This is a hotel for the older generation who require comfort after clambering over the many ancient temples of Siem Reap.

Great room very spacious and great breakfast.  Beautiful swimming pool but some algae at the periphery- need to clean with high pressure jet.   Water was clean though.

Absolutely great hotel amazing service only complaint is that the cocktails are externally overpriced for Cambodia.

Very beautiful hotel. Was really impressed driving into the driveway. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange a tuktuk for the day to see the temples ($25). The gym was air conditioned and huge for a hotel (about the same as a commercial gym). Siem Reap was hot so it was nice to have a nice hotel room to come back to. Only downside is that there is no self service laundry room and the hotel laundry service charges per item of clothing (like $3 for a t shirt and even more for a dress - and no it's not even for dry cleaning!). I thought this was far too expensive. We ended up going to a laundromat 8 mins away which charged $1 for a kg. It's a shame they don't offer a similar option. However I would stay again.
