We just stayed at hotel la prairie in Crans for the first time. I have been going to Crans for over 50 years and found this jewel of a hotel that reminds of the way hotels used to be in Crans. This is a family run establishment, with staff that have been with the hotel for years and the quality of their service shows bright. The restaurant offers excellent food, a good wine list and accessible prices. I love the fact that they also offer all of the Swiss specialties like Fondue Fromage, Raclette as well as meat fondues that are as good as any restaurant in Crans. The rooms are large, renovated with fantastic bathrooms as well ass the best view in Crans(if you have a south facing room on a high floor). The two owners, Corinne and Valerie and charming and very hospitable in the best Swiss tradition.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel La Prairie. Our family room for 4 was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The owner of the hotel greeted us upon arrival and she was present all evening to be sure that every guest is happy. We had dinner at the hotel which was very nice. It is a small, family run hotel with charm and warm welcome. We'll return for sure!

Boutique Hotel, clean ,serene, lovely mountain views to wakebup to. Will definitely be back.Good food , good breakfast. Close to the sports arena and lake.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Prairie. Everyone connected with the hotel was friendly and helpful. Food in the hotel was first class. Rooms were adequate size but cooling the room was difficult so was very warm at night for sleeping

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, in nature, the view from the room is on the forest and you can watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. Great start for an active vacation in Crans Montana. The hotel also has a pick up service which is fantastic

We loved our stay at Hotel La Prairie! It was such a cozy hotel and the guests and staff were all very friendly. In particular, we loved Iliyan - he helped us navigate how to rent skis (and have us different recommendations for shops to compare in the city) and also gave us lots of great suggestions for food to try at the hotel restaurant. If we ever return to Crans-Montana, we'll definitely stay here again!

A very quaint Swiss Hotel with a restaurant, a few minute's drive from the center of town. The hotel needs a little bit of updating, but it has charm and lots of history. The room was clean with a new bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed. The pool was not heated so we did not use it and there was no hot tub which would be nice in the winter months. Our room had a charming terrace/balcony with views of the Alps and garden. The hotel is run by three sisters who manage to keep it open the whole year around, not just for the ski season, but for summer hikers and bikers. We were surprised to discover that even in the slow season this hotel was fully booked and had a lively restaurant.

What a beautiful hotel set in the magnificent Swiss Alps! Everything about the hotel was excellent, the food, the staff and the situation. The hotel is designed in the classic Swiss chalet style with beautiful, spacious grounds. There is even a pool in the grounds. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a 60’s vibe and is ready for renovation. Swimming pool was freezing and the breakfast quite limited. However the staff more than makes up for this, they are very friendly. The whole place has a family atmosphere
