Friendly welcome on arrival and staff were wonderful throughout our 4 night stay. Extremely helpful, hard working and personable. Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had the best shower ever! Only slight ****** was there was no wardrobe or drawers to store your clothes - only a few hangers on a rail, but this was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t affect our stay. Great location. Easy to find and only a 10 minute walk to shops and places to eat (other than the hotel itself). Nice outside space to enjoy a drink. We would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay again.

Nice clean cozy room. Newly renovated small hotel, excellent location. Professional courteous customer service. We really enjoyed the stay. Wish room and specially bathroom was a little better size. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. We really like the Manor shopping center and Manor Restaurant on the second floor close to the hotel.

Three stars on the list, but staff make it feel like more. Cleaner than many four star hotels I have seen. Quiet too, with a nice ambiance in the lobby slash breakfast room slash restaurant. Excellent breakfast, not too many sorts, but very well selected and tasty all the same. The only complaint is the security of the free wifi. That should be upgraded to a secure one.

Our stay was ok but not great. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the curtain and windows need better cleaning. The room was small but for one night ok. On the contrary the bathroom was big. Upon check in I didn’t feel very welcome. The receptionist was more concerned about the fact that I haven’t booked the rooms on the Accor Hotel page and therefore he is not able to award me with points. The parking charges of CHF 12.00 for me too expensive but at least the underground car park was spacious and bright and easily accessible. In about 10 minutes on foot, you reach the city centre, in about 15 minutes the train station.

Everything was just great. Nice rooms and thhe staff was very courteous. Good breakfast and food, nice restaurant. Overall a very nice experience with exceptional service. We will for sure book again this hotel for our staff!
