First of all, this is not a hotel, but a hostel. Albeit with individual numbers. Accordingly, it is noisy at night from checking in and out. Keep in mind that if you check in later than 22 pm, you will need to look for a connection to call the owner so that he comes. Grandfather, by the way, is cute, economic. The hotel is full of light motion sensors, etc., etc., but Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, although there are a lot of routers on all 3 floors. In our room upstairs there was a strong smell of sewerage, it even interfered with sleep with the bathroom door closed. The room is small, like a pencil case. We booked two single beds and they gave us a big bed. But all you need is even a hair dryer. The citadel is 610 meters on foot. For 30 euros per room is very good, but no more. Otherwise, everything is well-groomed, nothing is broken or loose. It is obvious that they are watching and caring! Keep it up!

Liked · Cool, friendly house, in a great location, check-in was self-made and professional. Nice messages and travel tips. Best price/quality I saw. Disliked · The parking lot was tricky to maneuver and swings were installed in the parking spaces. Room was quite small too.

Very friendly host, near the citadel and the city centre, clean rooms, small but cosy rooms, all you can need for your trip. Wholeheartedly recommended. Excellent quality - to - cost ratio. We will definitely be back soon.

Very nice and super clean the whole place! We see the castle from our window. The kitchen is well-equipment. Highly recommend for families, friends. You can park at the backyard. The kind man spoke great English.

Lovely guesthouse. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. The communal kitchen has everything you need. The location was excellent just a few minutes walk to the old town.

Our room was clean and quiet. The well equipped kitchen allowed to eat breakfast early and get a quick start to our day. Excellent location, easy access to the historic sites, 10 minute walk to old city. Good value for budget travellers. Manager is very friendly and helpful.

A very cozy hotel in the city center near the old town. A friendly host who told about the city and other important places of Transylvania, and also treated us to national dishes. The room and kitchen had everything you needed (and even more). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. And I will come back here again!

It's the third time we chose to stay at Venesis House and we never regretted it. It's a very pleasant place, the room was cozy and clean, also the staff was very friendly. Will come back with pleasure!
