They helped ensure an authentic experience by not helping much at all. There was no breakfast, changing linens, or service of any kind really. The son is the only one who speaks some English and he will be there in morning hours only. The area was dirty, the shops were a joke too. The pub was the only decent place to eat. The ac heater was not working. wifi and owner both were good for nothing. The train station is a 30 minute walk not 10 and the map we were given by the eurohome, was difficult to read and misleading. Inside was stinky. We were not allowed on the terrace only in a small smoking area. We had to track someone down for towels. There was no coffee tea or vending machines, just a cappuccino machine charging .5 Euro per serving, and it was not calibrated correctly. There was no water to drink or cups even were provided even on request. This did not fit a bed and breakfast title. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and wood between, very uncomfortable. We felt uneasy living because we had to be buzzed in and didn't want to be locked out and we were not told when staff would be present to buzz is in. The super 8 motel at a layover or any other motel would be 100 times better than Euro home.

POSIZIONE B&B: consigliato se si viaggia in auto, ma se ci si sta spostando in treno e si è con bimbi piccoli...NO,lasciate perdere!! È Lontano dalla stazione,ed inoltre la strada da percorrere è bruttina. RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO: 97€a notte camera tripla,un pò troppo!!(considerando dove ci trovavamo: paesino sperduto che non offre nulla se non un paio di ristoranti) COMODITÀ ALL'INTERNO DEL B&B: non adatto a famiglie con bimbi e passeggini. Per arrivare in camera ci sono delle scale e non c'è un ascensore. colazione (OTTIMA)ma serve uscire dalla struttura. PULIZIA: non è il loro forte! PERSONALE :gentile,disponibile e cordiale, ma la sera non puoi tardare a rientrare perché il titolare deve andare a letto😅 comunque, se migliorassero qualche aspetto potrebbe andar meglio.

We chose to stay here because everything was too expensive to stay in Florence, it was a short train ride but at least a 15 minute walk and a taxi wasn’t an option, so with our big heavy backpacks it wasn’t a fun walk. One thing to mention our host was super friendly which made us forget about the walk! The room is very dated thought it was 1980s but very comfortable! Breakfast isn’t on sight but a walk across the road to a lovely bakery. Our host was really lovely just unfortunate the area is so dead! There is so much potential. We went to a Scottish themed pub only a few minutes away the staff there were very friendly especially the young boy he thought us a few words in Italian. All and all the room was very clean, staff were friendly, the people are fantastic but nothing to do there!
