The breakfast was very disappointing. There was not enough food for the guests, and there was not enough space for guests to sit and enjoy their meals. The overall breakfast experience was very poor and left us with very bad memories. The swimming pool was also very small and crowded, with very limited space for guests. There was no proper place near the swimming pool to take a shower or bath, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the facilities and services did not meet our expectations. The hotel should improve the breakfast quality and quantity, provide more seating space for guests, improve the swimming pool area, and add proper shower and changing facilities near the pool. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and make improvements for future guests.

Booked 2 rooms with trip.com and it said specifically include breakfast per room. In the morning when i went they said I only booked room only so i was there left with no breakfast.

Pool service including reception, not clean, bed and pillow are not comfortable sleep, smell cigarettes, our room is family room and hotel is providing a key only. The request one more key but they’re not allowed. This key is for using room and using elevator too. It’s very hard for group members or family stay.

The hotel location is good next to beach, but hotel facilities start to getting old especially the bathroom, the water leaking and the room smell of cigarettes.

The hotel have a sea view , new and convenient. I stay there twice and do enjoy my stay .

The hotel requires a USD 50 security deposit before check-in and at check-out, they deducted USD 5 from my security deposit for cleaning the bed cover, claiming it had been stained by saliva. Has anyone else experienced a similar charge at a hotel? I’d appreciate hearing about your experience and whether this is a common practice.

The hotel requires a USD 50 deposit before check-in. At check-out, they deducted USD 5 for cleaning the bed cover, which I found quite unreasonable. Before booking, we requested a Smart TV several times to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026, but the room only had a regular TV with Chinese channels and TV doesn't support Wi-Fi connection for streaming. At least they didn’t charge extra for using the swimming pool, lobby, terrace, or elevator etc. There was also confusing information about the billiards room. The notice said it was open 24 hours, but the reception said it closed at 9:00 PM and charged USD 8 per hour even for hotel guests, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos.
