房間浴室的玻璃門是壞的，我一拉就掉，差點砸到我，而且攜程退房時間明明是下午兩點，結果跟我説12點退房

設施：很舊，電腦鼠標鍵盤上面都很臟，水龍頭就一點點的出水量，刷個牙要等半天。
衞生：進門就聞到一股臭味
環境：屋外有個不知道是什麼管道，一直在響噪音太大了，一晚上都沒睡好。10分最多給1分。

給了一間非常小的沒窗户的房間，電腦靠在床邊坐着很擠，把床挪動一下，床底全是垃圾，房間手機沒信號，馬桶塑料墊是裂開的，夾屁股
