Just in town centre and means nothing. - no charm but old no service even towels but need to request, small soap bar, no shampoo, no body lotion; most importantly, no nice words nor care from reception but check in and check out. no attention to basic - cold button tap but hot and vice versa. No return but somewhere else for sure

When we came to our room the bathroom sink was plugged, and due to this there was a bad odor and we had to keep the bathroom door closed. We notified the receptionist and she would take this further. No apologies or offered for a new room. After 2 night this was not fixed. Also very surprised and stunned you couldn’t bring a coffee cup to the room after breakfast… Location was perfect. Very expensive parking at the hotel parking lot.

The hotel deliberately had no heating on due to the energy price hikes. They put me in a suite which was two adjoining rooms and that was nice, but I was so cold all the time. I left my coat on the whole time, in order to keep warm and even had to sleep in my clothes and with my coat and doubles up the duvet. The manageress was unapologetic about the lack of heating citing the energy price hike as the reason. Breakfast was included and was OK and staff were friendly (apart from the heating). Good central location with dated, furnishings. At that price, there are other hotels that are more modern hotels that would suit. I accidentally left a fleece top in the room when I left , but it was never found, even though I emailed the hotel later on the day that I departed. I stayed for business for 4 nights.

Extremely rude staff and owner. I requested for a firm pillow and basically got scolded by the owner telling me I can't have any other pillows because there was an extra set in the room. Told me to walk across the street to buy myself a harder pillow. Don't run a hotel if you're going to be rude to your guests. No fridge, no kettle, no tea. Unbelievable. Worst hotel experience ever. And I've stayed in ALOT of hotels. Time to close this armpit of a hotel down or sell it to someone who cares.

Quaint old hotel, exceptionally tight on space. Good, friendly service. Right on townsquare, nice for window shopping.

The Hotel is old and has a rich history which is displayed by showcasing different documents. Amongst these are a Cordon Bleu certificate, a Guiness Record for the world's largest omelet (1990) and a visit from the danish Queen Margrethe the 2nd in 1991. It is however very obvious that the 80s and start 90s was where this establishment peaked and that the hotel still is trying to make a living from an almost 40 year old story. The furniture in the room (Jørgen Nash suite) was damaged, buttons were missing from the chairs or where damaged badly, the room felt stuffy and outdated. There where a very small flat screen TV with a good selection of channels, there was a very nice cabinet for clothing and the bathroom was definitely the highlight of the room. The bathroom was with a tub and felt spacious, light and reasonable modern. In the room was a half bottle of red wine with a pricetag of 13€ and no complimentary drinks (not even a bottle of water) except for a Twix candybar and 2 bags of freeze dried coffee that seemed very misplaced in this type of establishment. You would have expected maybe a capsule coffee maker and maybe a decent piece of dark chocolate ? The breakfast however was the worst i have ever gotten on a Hotel anywhere. The bread was dry, the coffee was terrible (freeze dried), the scramble eggs were burned and the sausages where odd bits and pieces (cut for some reason) and seemed boiled not fried. Definitely not recommendable!
