Fairfield Inn & Suites Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

I was charged extra around 900 usd after check out,even though I already paid all the fees. No response and solutions from C TRIP after 3weeks communication. C TRIP mentioned hotel no response. Please dont reserve this hotel and dont use C TRIP Agency. Very terrible experience. Will never get back to this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room space is large enough and facilities are good.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, but the pool was a bit small. There was nothing around.

This hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and kind. The continental breakfast was not the best. On Mother’s Day morning they were out of multiple items when we went down at 9am. The food in the warmer tray was empty or cold. It was disappointing. I would stay here again based on all the other positive aspects.

The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put on the floor for him to sleep on.

Very clean! The staff was so kind and personable! Breakfast was delicious - so many choices! Pool was very warm and enjoyable! My family loved our time here 🤗

I was given a room that already had a guest in it!!! You can only imagine the surprise of me and that person!!! My room key opened his door and I just walked on in. This is totally unacceptable from any hotel!!! The privacy of one’s room should never be a concern. A complete stranger walks in while you are asleep is potentially dangerous for all parties involved!!! While I waited to switch my room for over 20 mins because the guy at the desk was trying to solve anther family’s issues with their reservation.
