Hotel is centrally located with shops and shopping. It faces directly to the sea which is highly recommended to stay by the sea than mountain view. Just mins from boulder beach for penguins!!! Room was clean and good shower pressure. Thanks for the friendly service too!

The staff were so accommodating and suggested great venues to visit for lunch and dinner. The breakfasts were amazing with a variety of choices. We had a sea facing room that was awesome with views over the harbor and the room was clean and air conditioned and ready on time. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

The room faces the pier, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view at night. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the hotel staff is friendly. However, the sanitary environment needs to be improved.

Excellent location and facilities. We made a late booking for 2 nights in this gorgeous town full of history and baboons at night! Roshana was the perfect host and couldn't help us enough she was great. Even though we had a mountain/street view it was all perfect. Would go back again if we visited SA again. Thanks Roshana, good luck in everything you do xx

Lovely view from the room of the harbour. Right in the center of all the action,but still quiet and peaceful. Breakfast a real treat with cold stuff and hot stuff. Room was clean and comfortable with all the niceties.

Staff rude, and sloppy, place needs a clean up and good paint. Wifi not working, shower was either boiling hot or cold. Definitely going down hill since last visit. Excellent view was all it had going for itself

The hotel was difficult to find, but the location, close to the water and the city center, was indeed very good. It was quite a simple hotel, but the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent (no bathtub: hooray!) We booked a room with a balcony on the ocean side, but could have skipped that: the roaming babboons made it necessary to keep de windows close and not to go outside. In itself no problem and we had a story to tell at home. Hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was served in a restaurant close to the hotel and was sober but good.
