Excellent staff, friendly and professional. We enjoyed talking to Latoya and getting help from her, including recommendations about local restaurants. Also, we would like to thank Christena for taking excellent care of our room and being always friendly and very positive. Thank you, guys, for making our stay enjoyable and easy.

Great stay with friendly staff and attentive room attendants Christena and Joycelyn. Girls at desk were quick to assist and correct any issues. Excellent and safe location. Rooms are like a studio and plenty of room for two. Small but nice balconies to hang out. Definitely a place I would stay again.

We stayed here for one night before a cruise because it was more reasonably priced than most . It has one draw back, noise. A nearby band played until 11 and there was intermittent vehicle noise all night.

We loved that this hotel is locally owned. The staff were amazing. Latoya in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Joycelyn and Christena were wonderful and very attentive housekeepers. Location was adjacent to a small beach and most things in Simpson Bay were walkable.
Unfortunately there were a few obvious issues I wish I would have known being it is a no frills hotel which is fine but very dated. The rooms were as pictured on hotel sites with good photographs and perhaps filters. There are countless cosmetic damages but our biggest issues were limited hot water and comfortability in shower as well as low water pressure in the sink. The Mattress is older with uncomfortable springs. Never felt the AC blow but the fan did keep it pretty cool. Despite these things, we felt welcome and safe. Thank you for a good stay with you.
