The hotel is centrally located. It is close to everything yet the street itself isn’t busy/crowded. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. The room is a little small but this is Singapore where space is scarce. I would head back to the hotel on certain afternoons and just relax in the room before heading out for dinner. Highly recommended.

Super clean, hitech, state of the art, modern, organic soap and shampoo, filtered water.
Thin walls. You ca hear the convo in another room. Space is so small. Small window.

In overall, I like their service & also their hospitality and may come back again .
My Air Conditioner wasn’t cold at first 2hours and I contacted them, they just came 15mn after that, cleaned it, and told me it’s the rule their AC cannot change to 18 or 20- but it will decrease by ownself to least of 21•c. And it is fine after that AC dropped to only 22, but so cold after cleaning.
Their staffs at front desk are all helpful and friendly when I asked them on which MRT station to go shortest…
There was some 2 stains on mattress cover that I really don’t like, but didn’t inform since I used to see many reviews before on such thing.
Room is quite small, but it’s normal size for SG hotelsss at this similar price based on my research- location is just the best, easy to reach many famous destinations.

Staff so nice&friendly. The room is so clean. They do the cleaning & change tooth brush + towel every single day. There also have the Ice and free water at the reception. The location located in the great spot, close to MRT Bencoolen and easy to find the restaurant near by. If I fly to Singapore again, I definitely choose to stay in this Hotel.

Very Compact room with small balcony, without sound proof you can hear room beside you and outside housekeeping voices/sounds. MRT station just a stone throw distance, walking distance to Plaza Singapore, Waterloo Street temple and Bugis Junction. I was served by a very nice front desk who helped me to check in very much earlier with my pregnant wife, appreciate your help. Thank you!

The room was tight but comfortable, I was impressed with the space utilisation. There was also a pleasant fragrance whenever i walked into the room.
However, two of the reasons i booked this hotel were that it had a gym and swimming pool which were unpleasant to use. Especially the gym which only had 3 cardio machines and one kettlebell, even the room it was in needed a room key for lights like a converted hotel room.
