Holiday Inn Express & Suites Singapore Novena

Was a short travel of 2 nights. Hotel was clean, Staff was helpful and did help me catering my baggage. I was way too early on the check in day. Check in and check out process was smooth. Bed was great with great pillows options. Room was just nice but i suppose the working table was a little too small. The rest was alright, breakfast was meh too... the garlic naan was bad. hard as rock and wasnt heated up good. Dhall was bad too just watery... :((( The only thing that i took a lot of mind with is the speed of elevator, there is only 2 elevator to rooms. And there is about 19 floors ? thats way too less. One extra elevator was just for parking. I suppose more improvement can be done here. The speed of elevator could be speed up too at least... door opens before closing even if you pressed close. (if not gonna build another one, at least speed it up) this i was disappointed.... the rest was ok.. 3.7 / 5 i guess ?

Hotel room size and layout is good and functional. At least we can open 2 large suitcases at one time. one large wash basin in washroom. However there is no door at shower area. Water splash inside dry area during shower. Wait time for lift is fast since there is only total 12 levels. Breakfast is basic and below expectation. 900m to MRT station not very convenient if you carry large luggage. No slipper, vanity pack, shower cap in bathroom. We have to collect them ourselves from the reception counter.

Good location. Should indicate MRT location and bus service to the city. Everything is fine except for the carpet in the room, way too dusty and unfit for use or guests health hazard.

Spacious room, good quality pillows with different hardness. Cozy and comfortable. Good amenities. Thanks for the stay

Forgotten to take the room photo but is really great and comfortable stay for us. The shower and washroom is big enough. I wanna give high compliments on the breakfast is definitely worth it as so many choices. I will come again for my next stay
