Hotel Mi Rochor

The hotel is in a fantastic location with the subway station right downstairs, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were warm and welcoming, and even gave me a free room upgrade. Thank you so much! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

The balcony room initially assigned to me was on the second floor, right above pile-driving work for renovations—bang, bang, bang, bang—and the windows weren't soundproof at all. They had the nerve to call this an "upgrade," which makes no sense. I later asked the front desk to change rooms, and the new one was okay. Breakfast was mediocre with a very limited selection.

Great environment, very convenient location, clean and tidy, excellent service attitude. Very, very satisfied!

The room, though small, had everything I needed, like a luggage rack and a desk. My only complaint is that the shower door opens outwards and clashes with the bathroom door. Why not use a folding door? The overall facilities are quite new, but I have to criticize the toilet; water splashes out when flushed, which isn't very hygienic, and the bidet spray handle was a bit difficult to use. The location is excellent, right next to Rochor MRT station on the Blue Line, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also a 7-11 opposite the hotel, and about a 10-minute walk away, there's a street selling fruits and small goods. Bugis Junction is also just a 10-minute walk. Overall, I'd say it's a good value-for-money hotel.

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location right next to the metro station. Helen, a very pleasant lady at the reception, helped us with everything and offered us a room with a beautiful city view. We are very grateful to her for such attentive customer service! The room has everything necessary, and the linen is clean, though the room itself is quite compact. On the 5th floor, there's a laundry room and a small lounge area, which is very convenient. The 2nd floor features a swimming pool and a 24-hour gym. On the ground floor, there's a small restaurant offering a good buffet breakfast. We really liked the hotel and will most likely choose it again for our next trip! The photos below show the pool and the lounge area on the 5th floor.

It's small, but for Singapore, the price is quite good. The front desk service was excellent and friendly, and the concierge was also very warm and helpful with luggage storage. We discovered something new – my son asked why the bed was so high. That made us think deeply, and then we realized, you can put open suitcases underneath! 🥳 They're building a subway next door 🚇, so those who prefer quiet should take note.

The room was quite dusty, and there were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor. It felt like the cleaning wasn't very thorough. However, the location is convenient, close to the subway station, and they offer luggage storage. I had to put my suitcase on the bed. I probably won't be staying here again.
