Novotel Singapore on Stevens

This hotel boasts an excellent location and spacious rooms. The hotel's shuttle service is also very well-designed, offering easy connections to Orchard Road and the MRT station. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit family in Singapore.

They upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise! Compared to the hotels in Sentosa, this place even offers complimentary water and juice. The swimming pool is also very comfortable, and the hotel provides easy access to the MRT station. Nice~

Best value for money hotel! The location is a bit out of the way! It's a bit far from the main attractions, and taxis are super expensive!

The service was good, especially the two staff members who handled my check-in and check-out. Even with a language barrier, they were friendly and communicated effectively. However, I can only give the facilities 1 star: 1. The room didn't match the pictures; there was no sofa as shown, and the room was smaller, lacking the space for one. 2. The toilet and shower area weren't separated, making it very slippery! For our 5-day, 4-night stay, I was afraid to let my child go to the bathroom alone for fear of them slipping (even though I provided their information when booking). Everything else was okay; it's quite far from the MRT, but there's a shuttle bus service.

Excellent stay! The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and even helped me exchange cash. They answered all my questions and even assisted with booking a ride-sharing service. It was fantastic!
