Novotel Singapore on Stevens

Our stay at the Novotel was comfortable and pleasant. The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was excellent.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay. Our schedule was busy so we were not able to enjoy rhe amenities like rhe Gym and the pool. The location was alright but quite far from my meetings al5hough Grab and Taxis were convenient.

I am writing a review to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your Novotel Hotel on Steven with my family, including several young children. I had deliberately chosen your property, despite the higher room rates and non-central location, in hopes of experiencing a smooth and family-friendly check-in process. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. Excessively Long Check-In Process - I arrived at the hotel at 3:10 PM, well after the standard check-in time, only to be met with a long queue and a very slow service from the front desk. It was not until 3:40 PM that I was told only one of my three rooms was ready—without being given any estimate of when the remaining rooms would be available. Booking Name Confusion & Staff Inefficiency - The check-in was further delayed by about 10 minutes because the receptionist had to go into a back office to confirm the name on the booking—even though I followed your online check-in instructions, which asked for a guest name. This clearly indicates a problem with your system or staff training. I booked for a king-size bedroom, which is higher rates. However, I only get the queen size bed. The front office ignores what I have spoken to her. I even show her my booking indicates a king-size bed. False Promises and Misinformation -I was told that complimentary children’s breakfast would be provided “as a favor,” only to realize that this was already included in the booking. Such misinformation is not only unprofessional but also misleading. Room Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues. The room we finally received was not clean: There were visible marks on the cups. Dust on the table. A non-functioning air conditioner. This is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of Novotel's reputation and especially when accommodating families with young children. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they made sure everything was comfortable for us. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the pool and breakfast! The location was convenient, and we felt relaxed the entire time. We’ll definitely come back again for our next family trip. Highly recommended!

Next to a residential area but with easy access to Orchard Road by hotel shuttle bus. Variety of F & B outlets available within the building complex. Nice poolside deck area at level 2. Cosy lounge at top floor to chill before dinner. Good size room with effective layout for 2 person. Comfortable bed & Quiet room that help one rest well. Friendly & professional service staffs that make you felt welcome 😁 Definitely will recommend friends to try ...
