This hotel offers excellent value for money. The room size is decent for Singapore, the facilities are quite new, and it's clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are friendly and the location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

Love the balcony, love the area with lots of nice food around. Services and staff are friendly and helpful would love to come back again for staycation

Hotel is clean and quiet with no overflowing guests occupying the facilities. Not much facilities available other than a small pool which is well maintained and a small garden which is not opened to all guests. No bottled or filtered water provided as hotel encourages guests to drink directly from the tap. Room was not cleaned daily to save on costs but towels were changed and rubbish disposed daily. If you are looking for a no frills hotel, you will find this a nice place to stay.

The place is good because it is very accessible and there's a lot of food options nearby. A few steps to a mall. The room is quite small, but very clean, at least i did not see any cockroach unlike our previous hotel, it's the reason we transfered here. The bed is comfy and shower pressure is good. It has small balcony with a garden view, which you can access just next to our door. There is a small pool, its clean with only 2 sunbed. Breakfast buffet is nothing special, just the usual, good enough to fill the stomach before a long day of walk. Complete with all amenities, Many thanks to the lady receptionist, didn't get her name, but she gave us free upgrade since our room was not yet ready

Nice hotel, room was bigger than expected.
They provide toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and body wash, razor and towels.
Room is not clean everyday except if you ask for. They don’t provide bottle water but tap water is drinkable.
Swimming pool is not big but nice place to relax.
2min from bus station, 10min from subway station.
Globally good place to stay.

The senior staff at the receptionist declined my check-in because I didnt bring my physical ID. He insisted that I travel back home to take it and come back. Our room was located next to the lift so we could hear the system pulley throughout our stay. Couldnt really sleep. Balcony was very big and underutilised. Toilet cleanliness not so clean. Won't be coming back.

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are nice and clean. The foods were not have much choice but alls are delicious. The staffs are friendly as well. I recommend to the people and I will choose when I go to Singapore next time.
