Thank you for the upgrade from deluxe to premier. Friendlys staff, hotel room is one of the better modern ones with lots of amenities. Bathtub and shower were great. Bed was clean. Had a great stay. Spacious high celing room unlike cramped ones in the area.

Nicely done up, looks great and comfy hotel. Well located at the quiet part of Orchard yet walking distance to shopping malls. The rooms are well maintained, good cleanliness, hotel staff are friendly.

We had a really lovely stay here. I booked it as a staycation to celebrate two occasions, my spouse’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, and it started on a great note. The team left us a complimentary cake, which we genuinely appreciated. The message on the cake mentioned the anniversary but missed my spouse’s birthday, so it would have been even nicer if both were reflected. The room itself was the highlight. The double volume design is beautiful and honestly not something you see in most hotels in Singapore. It made the space feel special right away. Location wise, it was also very convenient. Being close to Orchard Road meant it was easy to find food and get around, and the complimentary carpark was a nice plus. Staff were friendly throughout, and one tip for future guests: book the complimentary wellness activity early, even before check in, because slots get taken up very quickly. We also loved the toiletries, they smelled amazing. The stay included complimentary snacks too. Everything was fine overall, though the popcorn was a little stale (still edible, just not as fresh as expected). Would I stay again? Maybe, if the rate is better.

Upgraded to a room with a terrace. Design of the room is amazing. Amenities are great. Food is a la carte main plus a selection of buffet items. Blue swimmer crab omelette and kaya bread pudding which were great. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
