the room is very very wide, we loved it! so much space to move and rest. the water is very hot. choose either very hot or very cold. location wise though, it is far from tourist attractions but walking distance to orchard. the place is upscale

Our initial room was triple bed, but it wasn’t available. The front desk gave us great alternatives and they were really nice

Would be nice if smaller face or hand towels could be provided in addition to large bath towels.

Location is inconvenient but expected prior to booking.
The room has a moldy smell, it keeps coming back despite spraying fragrance mist to cover the bad odour. They need to improve their cleanliness, and feels uncomfortable with the whole room environment.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower were very nice... the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t up or down the fan ... but we hear they will refurbish soon ... we just hope the price don’t keep going up! Breakfast was nice - a good selection!
